Nikai Fondon - Bannister is the visionary behind Evolve Her Enterprises, LLC., where she brings her expertise in marketing, communications, and media consulting to mission-driven organizations. As CEO and Founder, Nikai leads with passion and purpose, helping clients amplify their voices and achieve meaningful impact.
Beyond her work at EHE, Nikai is deeply committed to community leadership and advocacy. She serves as Vice-Chair of the Board for Girls Inc. of the Valley, where she champions opportunities for young women, and chairs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee for the Young Professionals Society of Greater Springfield, fostering inclusive spaces for emerging leaders.
Nikai is also the creator of the award-winning podcast She Did That!, a platform dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments of young women of color across various industries. Through her podcast and professional endeavors, Nikai continues to amplify underrepresented voices, inspire action, and drive positive change.
